Lawyers:

Roger A. Dawson, Partner

Roger holds degrees from both Oxford University and the University of Saskatchewan, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1984. In addition to his current extensive law practice he was a founding partner in the law firm of Dawson Wood & Company which specialized in Personal Injury Claims. His current practice continued to be focusing especially on Personal Injury Claims.

Martin A. Thomas, Associate Counsel

Martin graduated from Oxford University and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1981 and the England and Wales bar in 1977. Martin has taught law at the University of British Columbia, National University of Singapore and the University of Hong Kong, and since 1996 has been an instructor at the British Columbia Law Society’s Professional Legal Training Course. His practice is restricted to all types of litigation. He has extensive trial experience in Supreme Court of British Columbia trial cases and in the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
